Short answer: Yes — laboratory samples of standard grades are normally free for qualified industrial buyers, with courier charges paid by the buyer or billed to their courier account.

How to request a sample

  1. Tell us the exact grade: product, CAS number if you have it, active content and physical form (powder, needles, liquid).
  2. Tell us the application and any specification limits that matter to you (heavy metals, colour, salts).
  3. Give the quantity you need for the trial and your courier account if you have one.
  4. Confirm the ship-to address and whether an SDS in a specific language is needed for the sample shipment.

Before you scale up

Test the sample against your own process, then ask for a pre-shipment sample from the actual production lot when you place the commercial order — that is the material you will receive, and it is what your retained sample should come from.
